Yesterday evening I made a kimchi jjiggae stew.
I chopped up some garlic and green onions and mixed it with pepper and some red pepper flakes put it all in the pot withe the kimchi. I poured some water and heated it for 20 minutes. Make sure to pour lots of water into the pot or the water evaporates too fast.
I served with rice, seaweed paper (ggim) and an egg dish.
I didn't have tuna or fish sauce or sesame seeds to add to the dish. Next time...
